Bring Lures In Slowly

Don’t bring certain lures in quickly (the high speed lures, such as spinner bait). If the bass are under the surface, bringing your high-speed lures in too quickly will cause them to run on the surface. What seems like a good cranking pace, maybe still be too fast – slow it down to keep your lure below.
